Due to the current State of Alarm declared by the Government of Spain, we inform you that our hotel will remain closed. We thereby contribute to the containment of the pandemic generated by the Coronavirus (COVID-19), following the measures decreed on the extension of the Royal Decree 463/2020, of March 14th, in which hotels fall within the businesses that must remain closed during the state of alarm.
We cannot know how long this pandemic will last, but we do think that with this closure we are doing our bit with the confidence that this situation will be resolved soon. It is very important that, during the period of this state of emergency, we follow the instructions given to us by the Department of Health. We hereby send our deepest condolences to those who have suffered the loss of a loved one, as well as huge encouragement and our most sincere appreciation and gratitude to the health sector, police, taxi drivers, truck drivers, supermarket staff, and all those who fight the virus on the front line. We hope and trust that this situation will change as soon as possible with everyone’s help.
Below we explain our most recent measures:
When booking a stay at the Lima Hotel we assure you that we are doing everything possible to give you that service.
We follow very closely the instructions received from the World Health Organization, from the Department of Health and from the Local Corporation. To offer the best service, in recent days we have implemented new cancellation policies to provide our guests with increased flexibility, according to the evolution of the pandemic. If you have a reservation with a flexible cancellation policy and expected arrival before the 12th of April, we will automatically proceed to its cancellation.
If the reservation is non-refundable, we will proceed in the same way. If you have any doubts, contact us. For bookings arriving from June 1st, for the moment, and following the corresponding authorities’ directions and the Royal Decree 463/2020, of March 14th, all the reservations will be held.
All the information will be updated on our website and our telephone for reservations will be available for any doubts or clarifications you should need. Our employees and customer’s health is our priority. For this reason we make sure to meet the requirements to all the safety and hygiene guidelines established by health authorities, including the importance of washing the hands, the existence of different cleaning supply dispensers and the training of our staff with new procedures in room and common areas’ cleaning. We are facing an unprecedented uncertainty situation, but we look forward to making your stay an unforgettable one.
