One of the great attractions is the Torre de Lance de las Cañas, declared an Asset of Cultural Interest. It is one of the many watchtowers that exist in this area of Andalusia, which served as protection from sea invasions. It was built in the time of Carlos III, around 1770, and its state of conservation is very good. This tower is named after a nearby stream.
Easy access to the beach with free parking. Semi-urban beach. It has few services but with rental of nautical equipment, sunbeds and sunshades. Medium numbers of beachgoers. Moderate waves.
