Article 21.- Action protocols in the event of emergencies or health crises.
The Decree-Law 13/2020, of May 18, of Andalusia, which, among others, establishes measures relating to hotel establishments, includes in its Chapter I the regulation of these establishments, as well as the regulation of their technical conditions and the provision of services.
In this regard, Article 25 of said Decree-Law provides as follows:
a) Conditions of admission
b) The rules of coexistence and operation.
c) Information on the administrative organization and responsible person to whom, if applicable, they should address questions related to the operation of the establishment.
d) List of complementary services provided by companies other than the operating entity and identification of the companies responsible for their provision.
e) Information for users about the facilities or services that pose a risk and the safety measures adopted in this regard.
f) Admission of animals and conditions for such admission.
g) In general, all the circumstances that allow and favor the normal development of the enjoyment of the facilities, equipment and services.
In compliance with the implementation of the aforementioned Decree-Law, this hotel establishment has drawn up these Internal Regulations, which establish the rules of the hotel
that users – hereinafter referred to as clients or guests – are obliged to comply with during their stay.
This Regulation is available to clients at all times in both its Spanish and English versions, and may be consulted on the bulletin board located in the reception area, as well as on our website, noting that the facilities and services provided in this establishment are focused on a preferably adult audience over sixteen years of age. Therefore, this hotel lacks facilities and services for people under that age, including, among others, any crib or extra bed service. It is the accommodation policy of this hotel that the rooms can only be occupied by the number of people assigned to them according to their type. Consequently, if applicable, children under sixteen years of age may be accommodated in a “Junior Suite Superior” room, which, since it has a sofa bed, may be used by a maximum of three people, all of whom, regardless of their age, will pay for the buffet breakfast.
This Regulation shall also be applicable to and mandatory for:
Ignorance of these Regulations does not exempt clients from compliance with them, since they are based on the rules and Spanish legislation in force and are publicized and visible for all purposes.
The Hotel reserves the right to refuse admission and cancel the reservation, without the right to a refund, of any client who contravenes these Regulations, as well as the rules of coexistence and common sense, or who in any way acts disrespectfully towards the hotel facilities or towards the rest of the people who are in the hotel, whether staff or hotel guests.
Finally, we would like to thank our guests for choosing to stay at Hotel Lima, as well as for strictly observing our Rules and Regulations, which were created to guarantee peaceful coexistence and safety for everyone’s benefit.
